The church met January 13 1906, and after sermon by the pastor, proceeded to business.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
According to previous arrangements, brother N. F. Epling was ordained as deacon of this church, Bro. James Walker of the Little Creek Church, brother F. P. Fox of Gilboa and L. Smith of Mt. Williams assisting in the ordination.
Treasurer reported $4.50 on pastor's salary for the year 1905 and $5.00 on present year, $1.90 on incidental expenses, $4.20 on State Missions since the last report and $1.35 for the A.B.P.S.
On motion, adjourned.

Notes:
The church was called to order for the transaction of business, Sunday, Jan. 14, 1906.
On motion it was ordered that the church hold a series of meetings commencing on the third Sunday in February, 1906.
On motion, the treasurer was directed to use the amount of Poor Fund to help liquidate the debt due the former sexton.
On motion, adjourned.

The church met February 10, 1906, and after sermon by the pastor, proceeded to business.
Treasurer reported $5.10 on pastor's salary, $.74 on incidental expenses, and $.50 on Home Missions since the last report.
On motion, it was ordered the protracted meeting be deferred until Thursday night before the first Sunday in March.

Notes:
March 10, 1906, there was no regular church meeting on account of the protracted meeting in progress. Sunday, March 11, 1906, sisters Vannie Short and Annie Starcher and brother Floyd McDonald were received for baptism. J. S. West, Church Clerk

The church met April 7, 1906, and after sermon by the pastor, proceeded to business. Minutes of last meeting were read and corrected.
On motion, sisters Jessie Bartlett and Mamie Morford were appointed a committee to help raise money for Home Missions.
On motion, at the request of brother W. T. Craig, he was excluded from the fellowship of the church.
On motion, it was ordered that the well on church lot be cleaned and fixed so as to be used.
Treasurer reported $8.05 on pastor's salary and $2.85 on incidental expenses and $1.40 on Home Missions since the last report.

The church met June 9, 1906, and after sermon by the pastor, proceeded to business.
The clerk being absent, Mrs. C. E. Bartlett was elected clerk protem.
Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
On motion, the church grants the request of Gilboa Church to call a council to ordain Bro. A. O. Rhodes to the full work of the ministry.
Names ministers invited: Dr. J. W. Carter, Revs. G. A. Burdette, T. J. Monroe, Jonathan Smith, M. P. Lowe, John N. Fox and A. H. Bailey.
Churches invited: Spencer, Bethlehem, Gilboa, Little Creek, Mt. William, Rush Creek, and Flat Fork.
On motion, the fifth Saturday of July was the date fixed for the examination of Bro. Rhodes.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
Treasurer reported $2.50 on pastor's salary for June, $1.25 on incidental expenses and $3.10 on pastor's salary for July, $.55 on incidental expenses and 4.90 on Foreign Missions.

Note:
According to previous arrangements, the council called to examine A. O. Rhodes and ordain him to the full work of the ministry met July 28, 1906, at 2 PM.
Churches represented: Bethlehem, Gilboa, Mt. William, Little Creek, Spencer, Two Run and Triplett.
Pastors present: A. H. Bailey, M. P. Lowe, John N. Fox, J. N. Fox, and J. W. Carter.
Brother Rhodes was ordained on Sunday, July 29, 1906.

The church met August 11, 1906, and after sermon by the pastor, proceeded to business.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
Treasurer reported $3.15 on pastor's salary, $.30 on Foreign Missions and $.30 on incidental expenses since the last report.
On motion, the time of raising Foreign Missions money was extended until the September meeting.
The Moderator appointed sister C. E. Bartlett a special committee to raise money for Foreign Missions.
On motion, it was ordered the church prepare to meet the Association. The Moderator appointed R. M. Short, J. S. West and J. H. Marks delegates to the Association.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
On motion , sisters Roxie Douglas (nee Corder) and Ruth Chenoweth (nee Hanger), were granted letters of recommendation and dismission.
Treasurer reported $6.00 on pastor's salary and $1.05 on incidental expenses since the last report.

The church met November 10, 1906, and after sermon by the pastor proceeded to business.
On motion, brethern W. A. McCoy and Warren McCoy and sisters Alice McCoy and Hattie McCoy were granted letters of recommendation and dismission.
On motion, the church invited Rev. M. A. Summers to address the church on the subject of State Missions, Saturday night, Nov. 24, 1906.
Bro. N. F. Epling reported the total cost of the coal house $8.50.
Treasurer reported $3.50 on pastor's salary, $2.00 on State Missions, $3.40 on coal house and $.45 on incidental expenses since the last report.

The church met December 8, 1906, and after sermon by Rev. A. O. Rhodes, proceeded to business.
On motion, A. O. Rhodes was elected moderator protem.
Treasurer reported $2.25 on pastor's salary, $5.10 on Coal house, $1.05 on incidental expenses, $.50 for Publication Society, $.10 on Home Missions and total of $3.60 for State Missions.
The clerk and treasurer tendered his resignation to take effect on Saturday before the second Sunday in January, 1907.
On motion, the order of the church requiring the treasurer to read the names and the amount contributed for the various church purposes was rescinded.
