The Church met Jan. the 7th 1882 and after Sermon by the Pastor Eld. H. Cofer, proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of previous meeting. 2nd. Hear the report of the Treasurer who reported $36.15 paid to the Pastor for the year 1881 leaving a balance due the Pastor on subscription $11.35. 3rd. Hear the report of the Soliciting Com. Brother S. P. Beckner who reported $25.00 subscription for Pastor's salary for the year 1882. 4th. Res. that we adjourn.

Heard the reading of letter for sister Alice McCoy. 4th. S. P. Beckner reported $3.00 subscribed for pastor. 5th C. Tyson paid 25 cts. For sexton for 1881. 6th Treasurer reported $42.15 collected for pastor. 7th. Resolved that Belle Springston be a soliciting Committee for balance due on subscription of pastor's salary for 1881. 8th Pay to Bro. Wm. Springston 31 cts. 9th Res. that we adjourn until our next regular meeting.

Subscribed for pastor's salary for this year. 4th Resolved that we continue the Committee Bro. S. P. Beckner. 5th Resolved that we grant a letter of Dismission to Bro. E. M. Mason. 6th Resolved that we adjourn until our next regular meeting.

Craig and continue the com. 5th Hear the report of the com. sisters Sallie Springston and Pruda Tyson who reported that they had collected for foreign missions $11.05 State $8.75 Home $1.55 making a total of $21.35, $2.62 of which was paid by Sabbath School. 6th Res. that we adjourn.

Riddle that we want her to report the amount of mission money she has collected. W. Greathouse, Com. 6th Res. that the Treasurer be instructed to make the amount of money for State and Foreign $5.00 each and the (Church-Ed.) to stand pledged for same. 7th Res. that we adopt the letter to the Association with the amendments. 8th Res. that we instruct the delegates to the As.
