January the 13th 1877
The Church met and after Sermon by the Pastor proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of previous meeting. 2nd. Hear the report of the Clerk. 3rd. Res. that the Clerk be authorized to make any correction he may discover in his Report. 4th. Res. that we appoint a Committee to ascertain the whereabouts of Sisters Milisa Wright and Elizabeth Vandal, J. T. Bartlett and G. G. Springston Com. 5th. Collected 63 Cents for Incidental Expenses. 6th Res. that we adjourn.

The Church met on Saturday before the 2nd Sabbath in February 1877 and after Sermon by the Pastor Brother H. Cofer, proceeded to business. (1)Read the minutes of previous meeting. (2)Hear the report of the Com. and discharge the same. (3)Res. that we Exclude Sisters Elizabeth Vandal and Melissie Wright. 4th. The Treasurer reported $36.30 paid to Pastor on last year's services. 5th. Res. that we appoint a Com. to take up Subscription for the Pastor, Com. Sallie Springston, Sophie Springston and T. F. Bartlett and Dora Bartlett and J. Corder. 6th. Res. that we adjourn until our next regular meeting.

Sabbath Res. that we defer the letter of brother Jacob Springston until our next meeting.

The Church met on Saturday before the Second Sabbath in March 1877 and after Sermon by the Pastor proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of the previous meeting. 2nd. Res. that we continue the Committee on Subscription (Amount subscribed up to date #38.06) 3rd. Brother S. P. Beckner reported $2.60 cts. Subscribed for missions. 4th. Res. that we take up the letter of brother Jacob H. Springston. 5th. Res. that we receive brother J. H. Springston on his letter of Recommendation. 6th. Res. that we refer the cause of Sister Jane Springston to a Com. J. T. Bartlett, J. Corder and S. P. Beckner. 7th. Received a letter from brother L. D. Starkey. 8th. Res. that brother J. T. Bartlett be a Com. to visit brother C. F. West to notify him of a charge against him. 9th. Collected 12 Cents for Incidental Expenses. 10th. Res. that brother Tyson be a Com. to draft Rules of Business Order. 11th. Res. that we adjourn.

April the 7th 1877
The Church met and after Sermon by the Pastor proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of previous meeting. 2nd. Hear the report of the Com. and discharge the same. 3rd. Res. that we reject the report of the Com. 4th. Res. that we receive Sister Jane Springston on her letter of Recommendation. 5th. Res. that we discharge the Com. J. T. Bartlett. 6th. Res. that we Exclude brother C. F. West on the charge of using Profane Language. 7th. Brother Corder reported $5.00 signed for Pastor's Salary, Sister Sallie Springston reported 75 Cents more on her subscription, Sister Dora Bartlett $1.50 on hers and Sister Sophie Springston $1.25 on hers. 5th. Res. that the Com. on Subscription through the year and their duty extended to solicit on their respective subscription. 9th. Collected 42 Cents for Incidental Expenses. 10th. Res. that the Church will receive bids for the Duties of Sexton at our next regular meeting for business. 11th. Res. that we adjourn.

May the 10th 1877
The Church met and after Sermon by the Pastor brother H. Cofer proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of the previous meeting. 2nd. Collected 6 Cents for Incidental Expenses. 3rd. Receive J. T. Craig bid for Sexton at $3.00 per year and confirmed the same. 4th. Res. that we continue the Com. C. Tyson until our next regular meeting. 5th. Res. that we make the Subscription for the Pastor's Acct. 6th. Res. that we adjourn.

June the 2nd 1877
The Church met and after Singing and Prayer proceeded to business. 1st. Res. that brother C. Tyson be our Moderator. 2nd. Read the minutes of the previous meeting. 3rd. Hear the report of the Committee brother C. Tyson. 4th. Res. that we adopt the report. 5th. Res. that we Expunge the rule requiring the Church to notify members to appear before the Church when there is a charge against them. 6th. Res. that we appoint a Com. to visit Sister Dora Bartlett (Com. Susan Springston and Arena Tyson). 7th, Collected 20 Cents for Incidental Expenses. 8th. Res. that we adjourn.

T. Bartlett, Wm. Springston, and L. D. Starkey or any other who may be present as Alternate. 6th. Res. that we adjourn.

The Church met and after Sermon by the Pastor Eld. H. Cofer, proceeded to business. (1)Read the minutes of previous meeting. (2) Res. that we adopt the letter to the Association. (3)Res. that Brother T. F. Bartlett take a collection on tomorrow to obtain money for minutes. (4)Res. that we instruct our delegates to use their pleasure in regard to having the Association held here. (5)Res. that the Association change her manners of holding her sessions so as to dispense with all public preaching. (6)Collected 17 Cents for Incidental Expenses. (7)Res. that we adjourn.

(3)Res. that we appoint a Com. to notify brother Samuel Miller to appear before the Church to substantiate the charge he made against the Church. Brother J. T. Bartlett Com. (4)Open the door of the Church. 5th. Collected 33 Cents for incidental expenses. (6)Res. that we adjourn.

The Church met and after Sermon by the Pastor Eld. . Cofer, proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of the previous meeting. 2nd., Open the doors of the Church. 3rd. Res. that we receive brother M. Showen for baptism. 4th. Hear the report of brother J. T. Bartlett and discharge the same. 5th. Res. that we Exclude brother Samuel Miller and his wife on his request and for his falsely accusing the Church. 6th. Res. that Sister Pruda Tyson be a Com. to visit Sister Mary Wright. 8th. The Treasurer reported $28.67 paid to Pastor on this year's salary and 27 Cents for Incidental Expenses in the treasury. 9th. Res. that we elect a Pastor whereon the Teller announced the unanimous election of brother H. Cofer. 11th. Res. the Clerk take up a subscription for the Pastor's next year's salary. 12th. Collected 20 Cents for Incidental Expenses. 13th. Res. that we adjourn.

Pruda Tyson and discharge the same. 3rd. Res. that we Exclude Sister Mary Wright for Uniting with the Advent Church. 4th. Received notice of the acceptance of brother Jacob H. Springston reception into a sister Church. 5th. Res. that we continue the Com. G. G. Springston. 6th. Collected 41 Cents for Incidental Expenses. 7th. Res. that we adjourn.

The Church met March 9th, 1878 and after Sermon by the Pastor proceeded to business. 1 Read the minutes of previous meeting. 2 Res. that we grant letters of Dismission to Wm. Harris and his wife. 3rd. Res. that we grant letter of Dismission to Brother L. D. Starkey. 4th. Res. that we send a Council to meet with the brethern on Spring Creek to consult the propriety of organizing a new Church, namely J. V. Bartlett, Wm. Springston, and Calvin Tyson. 5th. Res. that we appoint a Committee to visit Sister Polly Short, G. W. Short Committee. 6th Res. that Brethern C. Tyson, J. T. Bartlett and G. G. Springston be a Committee to draft Rules of Order in regard to dealing with members who go away and remain out of the knowledge of the Church. 7th. Collected 29 Cents for Incidental Expenses.


Sabbath.
Extended the hand of Fellowship and give the charge to Brethern M. Showen, A. Mc Coy, Wm. Starkey, C. F. Starkey. 2 Received Brother Wm. Thomas and wife and extended the hand of fellowship to same. 3 Res. that we grant letters of Dismission to A. Mc Coy, Wm. Starkey, and C. F. Starkey. 4th. Adjourned.

April the 13th, 1878
The Church met and after Sermon by the Pastor Elder H. Cofer, proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of the previous meeting. 2nd. Res. that we receive the report of the Committee and discharge same. 3rd. Res. that we adopt the resolution in regard to delinquent members, namely that the Church admonish them in regard to his duty and if they do not heed the admonition the Church shall deal with them accordingly. 4th. Res. that we discharge the Committee G. W. Short. 5th. Res. that we Exclude Sister Mary Short. 6th. Res. that the Clerk correspond with Brethern J. Hobbs and W. C. Greathouse. 7th. Res. that we appoint a Committee to visit Brother L. Tanner to notify him to appear before the Church on the charge of Swearing, Brother C. Tyson. 8th. Collected $1.00 for incidental expenses. 9th. Res. that we adjourn.

Report $48.00 subscribed for Pastor. 6th. Res. that the Church be a Com. to speak to delinquent members in regard to their duty. 7th. The Treasurer reported $33.68 paid to Pastor for the year 1877. 8th. Collected 30 Cents for Incidental Expenses. 9th. Res. that Brethern J. T. Bartlett, C. Tyson and G. G. Springston be a Com. to correct the subscription and make an agreement with the Pastor. 10th. Res. that we adjourn.

Paid $2.25 to State Mission. 5th. Res. that we appoint a Com. to visit Sister Josephine Greathouse, Sister Sallie Springston Com. 6th. Res. that we appoint Delegates to the Association, brethern J. T. Bartlett, T. F. Bartlett, and S. P. Beckner Delegates. 7th. Res. that we ask for division of the Association, C. Tyson, L. D. Starkey, W. Springston Com. 9th. Collected 25 Cents for Incidental Expenses. 10th. Give the Charge and extend the hand of fellowship to Sister Craig. 11th. Res. that we adjourn.

Res. that G. G. Springston request the parties to suspend the swing. 7th. Res. that we receive Sister S. N. Harbert on her letter. 8th. Collected 23 Cents for Incidental Expenses. 9th. Res. that we adjourn.

Whereon Brother Cofer was unanimously elected and $31.25 subscribed toward his salary. 3rd. Res. that we appoint S. P. Beckner a Committee to solicit subscriptions for Pastor's salary. 4th. Collected 32 Cents for incidental expenses. 5th. Res. that we adjourn.
