January the 11th 1879
The church met and after sermon by the Pastor proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of the previous meeting. 2nd. Correct the minutes. 3rd. Hear the report of the Com. brother S. P. Beckner who reported $37.0-0 subscribed for the Pastor for 1879. 4th. Collected 13 cents for Incidental Expenses. 5th. Res. that brother S. P. Beckner be a Com. to visit brother H. L. Walker and wife. 6th. Res. that we appoint a Com. To visit brother Marion Walker, C. Tyson Com. 7th. Res. that we adjourn.

Feb. the 8th 1879
The Church met and after Sermon by the Pastor proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of previous meeting. 2nd. Her the report of Com. brother S. P. Beckner and discharge the same. 3rd. Res. that we lay the cause of H. L. Walker on the table. 4th. Res. that we remove the sensure of Sister Walker. 5th. Hear the report of Com. C. Tyson and discharge the same. 6th. Res. that we think the report of brother Tyson satisfactory in the cause of brother H. Walker. 7th. Hear the report of brother G. G. Springston on delinquencies of 1878. 8th. Collected 84 Cents Incidental Expenses. 9th. Res. that we adjourn,

Feb. the 11th 1879
On motion, the Church was called to order and proceeded to business. 2nd. Res. that we receive brother Isaac N. Epling and Robert Hildreth and Sisters Virginia and Frances Hildreth on the face of their letters. 3rd. Res. that we receive Sister Margaret Stallman for ________.
Feb. 11 on motion the Church was called to order. 2nd. Res. that we receive brother Marshal Hildreth and Sister Marie Daniels for Baptism.

Feb. 15th Received Brother Theodore Bartlett for Baptism.

March the 8th 1879
The Church met and after Singing and Prayer proceeded to business. 1st. Res. that Brother C. Tyson be our Moderator. 2nd. Read the minutes of the previous meeting. 3rd. Res. that the Sermon be at Bartlett Schoolhouse on Sabbath in next month at 10 O'Clock A.M. 4th. Res. that we receive brother A. Springston on his letter of Dismission. 5th. Collected 10 Cents for Incidental Expenses. 6th. Res. that we adjourn.

Res. that we grant brother J. H. Short and wife a letter of Dismission. 4th. Collected 46 Cents for Incidental Expenses. 5th. Res. that we adjourn.

May the 10th 1879
The Church met and after sermon by the Pastor proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of the previous meeting. 2nd. Give the hand of fellowship to Sister Stallman and Sister Mary Smith and brethern F. Tyson, The. Bartlett, Johnson Bartlett and Marshal Hildreth. 3rd. Res. that brother Tyson survey the church lot. 4th. Collected 13 cents Incidental Expenses. 5th. Res. that we adjourn.

June the 7th 1879
The Church met and after Sermon by the Pastor Elder H. Cofer, proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of the previous meeting. 2nd. Res. that we continue the Com. Brother C. Tyson. 3rd. Res. that we appoint our delegates to the Association. 4th. Res. that brethern C. Tyson, G. G. Springston, Wm. Springston (and James Walker alternate) be our delegates to the Association. 5th. Res. that the Church be pledged 5 cents to each member to the Association for Foreign Missions (if necessary). 6th. Collected 26 Cents for Incidental Expenses. 7th. Res. that we adjourn.

Tyson. 3rd.; Res. that we adopt the letter to the Association. 4th. Res. that we take the cause of brother H. L. Walker off the table. 5th. Res. that we Exclude brother Walker for nonattendance. 6th. Res. that we send a Com to visit brother Wm. C. Greathouse on the charge of Swearing, brother Joseph Corder Com. 7th. Res. that we send Deacons to the Gilboa Church to assist in ordaining a Deacon. Collected 11 Cents for Incidental Expenses. 9th. Res. that we adjourn.

The Church met and after sermon by Brother Fox proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of the previous meeting. 2nd. Res. That Bro. Fox be our Moderator. 3rd. Res. to continue the Com. Joseph Corder. 4th. Res. that we pledge 5 Cents a member for State Missions. 5th. Receive the report of Brother Tyson Committee and discharge the same. 6th. Res. that the report made by Bro. Tyson be put on the Church Record. 7th. Res. that we adjourn.

Beckner be a Com. to visit Brother Joseph Summerville on a charge of Fighting. 6th. Collected 1 Cent for Incidental Expenses. 7th. Res. that we adjourn.

Nov. the 8th 1879
The Church met and after Sermon by the Pastor, Eld. H. Cofer, proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of the previous meeting. 2nd. Hear the report of the Com. and discharge the same. 3rd. Res. that we Exclude brother W. C. Greathouse on the charge of Swearing. 4th. Hear the report of brother S. P. Beckner and discharge the same. 5th. Res. that we remove the sensure resting against brother Joseph Summerville. 6th. Res. Brother S. P. Beckner reported $46.50 subscribed to Pastor's salary. 7th. Collected 17 cents for Incidental Expenses. 8th. The Treasurer reported $20.45 paid to Pastor for 1879. 9th. Res. that the Clerk and Treasurer ascertain the amount subscribed and paid for the years 1877, 1878, and 1879, to the Pastor. 10th. Res. that we adjourn.

December the 13th 1879
The Church met and after Sermon by the Pastor proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of previous meeting. 2nd. Hear the report of the Com. G. G. Springston and discharge the same. 3rd. Hear the report of the Com. J. T. Bartlett and discharge the same. 4th. Res. that we Restore brother Theodore Bartlett. 5th. Collected 7 Cents Incidental Expenses. 6th. Res. that we take bids for the Sexton's place from now until our next meeting. 7th. Res. that we call a Pastor which resulted in the unanimous election of brother H. Cofer. 8th. Res. that we adjourn.
