The Church met January 11th and after Sermon by the Pastor proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of previous meeting. 2nd. Res. that Wm. T. Craig be our Sexton at a salary of 3 dollars per annum. 3rd. Hear the report of the Com. brother J. Corder and discharge the same. 4th. Res. that we appoint a Com. of five to collect subscriptions due on our Pastor's salary. Com. J. T. Bartlett, Sister Tyson, Sallie Springston, Joseph Corder and G. G. Springston. 5th. Res. that we return our thanks to our pastor for his liberal offer to cancel our debt for the years of 77 and 78. 6th. Res. that we accept brother Wm. Springston's resignation. 7th. Res. that we adjourn until our next meeting.

The Church met February the 7th 1880 and after Sermon by the Pastor Eld. H. Cofer, proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of previous meeting. 2nd. Res. that we appoint a Standing Committee to settle with the Pastor and Treasurer annually and report at our Nov. meeting and furnish a list of delinquent subscribers which shall be place in the hands of a Com. for collection. Names of Committee appointed, C. Tyson, Wm. Springston and S. P. Beckner. (Collected 85 Cents for Incidental Expenses). 3rd. Res. that we adjourn.

Res. that we take into consideration during the next month the propriety of calling a pastor for the residue of the year. The Church met and after Sermon by Eld. H. Cofer proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of previous meeting. 2nd. Res. that brother Cofer be our Moderator. 3rd. Res. that we proceed to elect a Pastor and take down the amount each one (?) will the pastor for the residue of the pastoral year. The Teller, Brother J. T. Bartlett, announced the unanimous election of Brother Cofer and $18.00 pledged for his support. 4th. Res. that Brother S. P. Beckner take a subscription for the pastor. 5th. Paid $1.90 cents for foreign missions. 6th. Collected 5 Cents Incidental Expenses. 7th. Res. that we adjourn.

The Church met and after Sermon by the Pastor, Eld. H. Cofer, proceeded to business. 1st Read the minutes of meeting. 2nd. Hear the report Brother S. P. Beckner and discharge the same. 3rd. Res. that we continue the cause brother Clevenger and notify him to meet with the Church at her next meeting to answer the charges against him. Brother J. T. Bartlett committee. 4th. Res. that we adopt the letter to the Association when the blanks are filled in. 5th. Collected 31 Cents for Incidental Expenses. 6th. Res. that we adjourn.

The Church met and after Sermon by the Pastor proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of previous meeting. 2. Hear the report of Bro. J. V. Bartlett. 3rd. Receive the report of the committee and discharge the same. 4th. Res. that we Exclude Brother J. M. Clevenger. 5. Collected $5.00 for State Missions. For Foreign Missions $5.00. Paid to Pastor $45.00. Paid for Minutes $1.25. (6) Hear the report of the Delegates from Association who reported a pleasant and interesting Session. 7th. Res. that we adopt the plan proposed by our Pastor for raising Mission funds and that Sisters Theodocia Bartlett and Sallie Springston prepare the envelopes for the Pastor and the Clerk furnish the names of the members of the Church.. 8th. Collected 16 cents Incidental money. 9th. Resolved that we instruct the Building Com. to have shutters made for the windows and furnish glass for the windows and present the bill to the Church for payment. Brother J. T. The Church met on January 8th 1881 and after Singing and Prayer proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of previous meeting. 2nd. Res. that Brother S. P. Beckner be our Moderator. 3rd. The Treasurer reported $13.33 paid on Pastor's salary for last year leaving a balance of $11.25. 4th. Brother Wm. Springston was appointed a com. to solicit those who are delinquent to the Pastor to pay the amounts they are due. 5th. Res. that we Exclude Sister Margaret Greathouse. 6th. Res. that we elect a pastor whereon Brother H. Cofer was unanimously elected and the Church pledged herself to pay thirty dollars per year to him for his labors as Pastor. 7th. That Wm. Craig be our Sexton at a salary of $3.00 per year. 8th. Collected six cents incidental money. 9th. Res. that we adjourn until our next regular meeting for business.

Resolved that we Exclude Sister Nora Lanam for Dancing. 5th. Res. that we appoint our delegates to the association whereon brethern G. G. Springston, C. Tyson and S. P. Beckner were appointed. Any other brother in case of failure. 6th. Collected 12 Cents for Incidental Expenses. 7th. Res. that we adjourn.

Res. that we instruct the Delegates to the Association to pledge 5 Cents per member for State and 5Cents per member for Foreign Missions. 5th. Collected 21 Cents for Incidental Expenses. 6th. Res. that we adjourn.

Hear the report of the delegates to the Association, who reported a harmonious session. 3rd. Res. that we appoint Sisters Sallie Springston and Pruda Tyson to solicit funds for Missions both State and Foreign. 4th. Collected 6 Cents for Incidental Expenses. 5th. Res. that we adjourn.

During the Protracted Meeting the following named persons were received for Baptism and were baptised: J. T. Morford, Priscilla Morford, Mrs. Truman, John Bilby, J. G. Springston, Charlie Springston, Lola Cunningham, Alcinda Thomas and Martin Mace and Marcellus Showen were restored to the fellowship of the Church also Bro. E. M. Mason was baptized on profession of faith and Sister Annie Wilson was received on her former baptism by Eld. H. Cofer. Also received brother Ellis Thomas for Baptism.
The Church met Nov. the 12th 1881 and after Sermon by the Pastor, Eld. H. Cofer, proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of previous meeting. 2nd. Extend the hand of fellowship to Sister Truman. 3rd. Res. that we adjourn.

The Church met Dec. the 9th 1881 and after sermon by the Pastor Eld. H. Cofer, proceeded to business. 1st. Read the minutes of previous meeting. 2nd. Hear the report of brother Wm. Springston in regard to the desires of brother J. H. Springston for the Church and himself. 3rd. Hear the report of brother W. Springston on repairs of meeting house. Cost of repairs $7.81. aid $7.50. Due W. Springston 31 cents. 4th. Continue the Com. bro. J. T. Bartlett. 5th. Res. that we elect a pastor for an indeterminate term and if any dissatisfaction arise the dissatisfied party shall give three months notice of the desired change. 6th. Whereon the Teller brother J. T. Bartlett announced the unanimous election of brother Cofer. 7th. Res. that brother S. P. Beckner be a Com. to solicit funds for the Pastor's salary. 8th. Res. that we adjourn to our next regular meeting.
