That we appoint Brethern J. F. Bartlett, C. C. Daniell and A. Springston (or any other Brother of our Body in case of failure) as our delegates to the Association. 3rd. Res. That we Recommend Brother Stump to the General Association of West Va. And request that they appoint him to labor with us and Vicinity as a Missionary one fourth of his time and we will pay him fifty dollars. Res. That the Building Comm prepare a drawing of our Meeting House and (?) the same for building at our next meeting. Res. That we adjourn until our next Regular Meeting.

The Church met on Friday Evening the 6th of Dec. 1966 and after Sermon by the Pastor proceeded to business. 1st. by the request of Brother Wm. Springston it was Resolved that we grant Sister (?) Greathouse a letter of dismission and Recommendation. 2nd. Res. That we adjourn until our next regular meeting.

Hear the report of the Com Whereon Sister Tyson reported she visited the Sisters Wright and that Margaret and Elizabeth confessed to the charge of Dancing but manifested no Contrition for the same but Sister Juda said she was sorry and desired the Church to forgive her. Whereon the Church Res. To Exclude Sisters Elizabeth and Margaret. Res. That we forgive Sister Juda. Res. That we adjourn to our next regular meeting.

In Aug. 1867 Rec. Sub of $64.00. Total $158.90. Collected and paid to Brother Stump in the year 1865 $44.10. In 1866 $37.38. In 1867 $14. Total $95.48. Uncollected in 3 years Sub. $63.48. Due in Sub. Springston presented the following query: Is it right to Exclude a member of good standing when we have known him for years, on the evidence of one whom we do not know? 7th Res.
