The church met January 7, 1905, and after sermon by the pastor, proceeded to business.
On motion, Floyd and Nannie McCoy were received for baptism.
On motion, Ona West was elected Clerk protem.
Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.
A collection amounting to $1.35 was taken on church repairs.
On motion, adjourned.

The church met February 11, 1905, and after sermon by the pastor, proceeded to business.
Treasurer reported $5.75 on present year's salary of pastor, $2.00 on last year, $.20 on incidental expenses, and $.50 on church repairs since last report.
On motion, J. S. West was appointed a committee to solicit, collect and pay out all money to be raised and paid by the church.
By common consent it was agreed to dispense with regular meeting on Sunday, Feb. 12, 1904, on account protracted meeting in progress at Little Creek.
On motion, adjourned.

The church met according to previous arrangements at 11 o'clock A.M. March 11, 1905, and after sermon by the pastor, proceeded to business.
On motion, brother A. O. Rhodes was received on his experience and sisters Jessie Bartlett, Mamie Morford, Rosa Rogers and Maud Stalnaker were received for baptism, after which the hand of fellowship was extended to brother Rhodes and the hand of welcome to the sisters.
Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.
On motion it was ordered that the church elect two deacons at the next regular meeting.
Treasurer reported $4.90 on present year's salary of the pastor, $.75 on last year, .50 on church repairs, 10 cents on Poor Fund, $.20 for the A.B.P.S., $.75 for Home Mission and $.95 on incidental expenses since the last report.

Sunday, March 12, 1905, the church was called to order for the transaction of business.
On motion, sister Rose Board and brethern Guy Stalnaker and N. F. Epling were received for baptism.

The church was called together for the transaction of business March 19, 1905. On motion, sister Nellie Townsen and brethern J. S. Schoolcraft and W. S. Longfellow were received for baptism.

The church met April 8, 1905, and after sermon by the pastor proceeded to business.
Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.
On motion, sister Ethel A. Newlon and brother G. B. Newlon were granted letters of recommendation and dismission.
On motion, the election of deacons was deferred until the new business of the day was transacted.
On motion, the church decided to elect the deacons for three and four years respectively.
On motion, the clerk was instructed to write letters commending non-resident members to Baptist churches nearest them.
On motion, brother A. O. Rhodes was granted license to preach the gospel.
On motion, the Clerk was ordered to take ballot for Deacons which resulted in the election of brother P. H. Morford the four year term and brother John Marks for the three year term.
On motion it was ordered that the newly elected deacons be ordained at the next regular church meeting.
On motion, the clerk was directed to invite the pastor and deacons of the Spencer Baptist Church to assist in the ordination of deacons May 13, 1905.
Treasurer reported $8.35 on present year's salary of pastor, $.25 on last year, $4.15 on incidental expenses, $.20 on Home Missions, $.95 on Ministerial Education and $.10 on Poor Fund.
On motion, adjourned.

The church met May 13, 1905, and after sermon by the pastor, proceeded to business.
Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.
Treasurer reported $2.25 cts. on present year's salary of pastor, $.50 last year, $.10 on incidental expenses, $.10 on Poor Fund and $.19 on Ministerial Education since the last report.
Brethern P. H. Morford and John Marks were ordained as deacons of this church, brethern F. P. Fox and Levi P Fox of the Gilboa Church and brother James Walker of the Little Creek Church assisting the pastor in the ordination.

On motion, brethern W. A. Stalnaker, C. L. Stalnaker, J. C. Stalnaker, and Orville Stalnaker and sisters Laverna Stalnaker, Janie Stalnaker and Minerva Parsons were granted letters of recommendation and dismission.
Treasurer reported $5.80 on pastor's salary, $.20 on Ministerial education, $.90 on Foreign Missions, $.10 on Poor Fund and $.50 on incidental expenses since the last report.
On motion, the Treasurer was ordered to continue to read the names and the amount contributed by each member for the various church expenses and benevolences.
On motion, the church adjourned.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
Treasurer reported $4.50 on pastor's salary, $.45 on Foreign Missions, $.55 on incidentals and $.20 on Poor Fund since the last report.
On motion, it was ordered that a requisition be made on the treasury to pay the clerk for expenses incurred in sending letters of commendation; amount 30 cents.
On motion, it was ordered that delegates to the Association be appointed; The Moderator appointed sister Jemima Corder and brethern P. H. Morford and J. S. West as delegates to the Association.
On motion, adjourned.

Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.
The Moderator (appointed) brother A. O. Rhodes as delegate to the Association in lieu of J. S. West.
The reading of the letter to the Association was deferred until Sunday, Sept. 10, 1905.
Treasurer reported $2.75 on pastor's salary, $1.47 on Foreign Missions, $.33 on Home Missions, $.34 on State Missions, $.45 on Minutes of the Association, $.15 on incidental expenses and $.10 on Poor Fund since the last report.
On motion, adjourned.

On motion, it was ordered that the church proceed to elect a deacon at the next meeting, to share in the honors of the present incumbents.

The church met December 9, 1905, and the pastor being absent on motion brother E. H. Bartlett was elected Moderator Protem.
On motion, Fannie Hanger was elected Clerk Protempore.
On motion, the church proceeded to elect a pastor for the next year which resulted in the unanimous election of brother J. N. Fox.
On motion, brother N. F. Epling was unanimously chosen as deacon until May, 1907.
On motion, adjourned.
