I am looking for information on the family of William Ashley. William was the father of Rosa Ashley. Rosa married Roderick Gentry in Johnson county TN. William was listed in the 1890 census for Roane county living with Rosa, Lyda and Sarah but it didnt list which of the females was the mother. They are listed on the 1900 census in Johnson county.
