I would like information on James H. Robinson,who moved to Roane Co. from Greenbrier Co., married Francis Goad March 26,1890. I have found the info from there to now but I can't find who his family was from Greenbrier County.
I also would like info on James Short who moved to WV in late 1800's, I don't know if he moved to Roane Co. directly from Kentucky but I know he raised his children in Roane Co. He had a large family, those that I remember are my grandfather, Charles Short, William, George, Nona Abbot,Nell Ashley, ther are others but I can't remember them right now.
Any inf on these queries would be appreciated
