Looking for family history of Harner from David Harner and prior and the relationship to the Hopkins Family. My Dad was born at Red Knob , Roane County on 8-25-08. His Father was D.I.Harner and his Mother was Brigit Annie Hopkins (Harner).

Bridget A. Hopkins was the d/o Robert Hopkins and his second wife, Mary J. Cleek, and was born 11 Oct 1872 according to the HISTORY OF ROANE COUNTY by William Bishop. Robert Hopkins was born in Pendleton Co. to Lawrence Hopkins who came from Rhode Island and who served in the Continental Army.
Mary J. Cleek was born in Jackson Co., the d/o George and Bridgett (King) Cleek; m Hopkins 24 Sep 1871.
