Anyone have any info on Reverend William H. DAUGHERTY and wife, the former Emma SERGENT?
Son Ancil, is buried in the Sergent cemetery in Walton. Did Ancil have siblings?

According to the 1900 census, Ancil had a raft of sibs:Alfred R.; Evie, Dovie H., Cary D.(f), Dennis, and John W.
Emma was listed as Florence E. She was the dau of James sergent who came from Russell Co., VA.

Sally,
I have a listing for the Sergent Cemetery on Johnson Creek at Walton. Emma Sergent Daugherty is buried there. Dates are 1864-1889. Ancil is buried there also. Dates 1885-1970.
Roane Co Marriages lists William H. Daugherty 22 m. 4 June 1885 Emma J. Sergent 21.
Roane Co. Deaths lists Emma J. Daugherty
d. 7-18-1889 in Roane Co..Parents were listed as H.D. & Vinetta Sergent. W.H. Daugherty as husband.
Roane Co. Births lists Ancil F. b. 28 Mar 1886 and Ora Ernest b. 8 Aug 1888. Deaths list Ora d. Jun 26, 1889 and his parents were listed as W.H. & E.J. Daugherty.
