Would like to know information Giles Franklin McCroskey and the parents of Giles Franklin and how they migrated to this area. Any other information on the McCroskeys of Roane County would be interesting to me. I know that Giles Franklin's father died somewhere around the migration period in the 1850s. I would like to know more about the circumstances and anything of interest about their lives.Giles Franklin is my great grandfather.
