I have some old photos of some Pursleys and a Rushia Waggoner who lived in Spencer, WV. Rushia was a Pursley before she married Andrew Jackson Waggoner. They had children Gladys, Hattie, Chelsie, Thelma and Effie. Rushia died in Spencer, WV. If someone is interested in these old photos I would be glad to send them a copy.Email me nippyh1@excite.com
