I am searching for the parents of Nancy B. Johnston, my great-grandmother. She married Nathaniel R. Meadows in Summers County in 1874. I am told that she may have "come from" Roane County. Does anyone know of any Johnston families in the county?

Nancy is not listed in the 1860 or 1870 Census for Roane County.
