I am trying to locate birth information and family info on ancester William Asbury Warner who we think was born in Spencer, WV July 7 1870. Our information shows he lived in Portage County, Ohio for most of his life. I have searched for records prior to his move to Ohio and not having any success. Anyone who can help would be appreciated.
