I'm not researching this name or family, I can offer some information from publications I have.
On the marriage of Ira Perrine, he is listed as born in Roane Co. & residing there & Cornelia listed as being born in Jackson Co.
I checked Jackson County 1900 census & this is family coming closest to matching that name.
