I am searching for information on twin daughters of Dr. Beverly Noe. The girls were named Pearl and Ruby and were born abt 1894, Pearl married a Sherman Douglas and Ruby married Jonah Rose. They were seperated as children. We believe their mothers name was Mate or Mattie. Would like information as to who raised them.
