January 12, 1901
The church held regular service this evening and after sermon by the pastor proceeded to business.
First. Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.
Second. On motion, the clerk was authorized to communicate with sister Gladie (Townsen) Richards in regard to her uniting with some other church.
Third. On motion the report of the committee on Baptistry was received and the committee discharged.
Fourth. Treasurer reported $4.75 on pastor's salary and $5.15 on incidental expenses since the last report.
Fifth. On motion, the Clerk was elected Treasurer.
Sixth. On motion, adjourned.

Feb. 9, 1901
The church met and, the pastor being absent, after devotional exercise proceeded to business.
First. On motion, brother P. H. Morford was elected moderator protempore.
Second. Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.
Third. On motion, sister Gladie (Townsen) Richards was granted a letter of recommendation and dismission.
Fourth. Treasurer reported $3.00 on pastor's salary and $1.72 on incidental expenses since last report.
Fifth. Deacons reported $9.25 benevolent fund for brother M. Showen.
Sixth. On motion, adjourned.

The church met and after sermon by the pastor proceeded to business.
First. The clerk being absent attending the burial of Mr. Anderson Nellis, on motion Jeff Springston was elected Clerk protem.

April 14, 1901
The church was called to order for the transaction of business.
First. Treasurer reported $5.80 on last year's salary, $.60 on present year's salary and $.56 on incidental expenses since the last report.
Second. On motion, brother Jeff Springston was appointed as committee to solicit and collect money to aid the brethern at Pleasant Grove in paying for their new church.

2. Treasurer reported $.75 on last year's salary of the pastor, $3.35 on present year and $.15 on incidental expenses since the last report.

The church held regular service this evening and after sermon by the pastor, proceeded to business.
1. Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.
2. Brother Jeff Springston reported $3.00 benevolent collection for church at Pleasant Grove and on motion the report was received and the committee discharged.
3. Treasurer reported $.25 on last yrs salary of pastor, $.50 on present year and $.30 on incidental expenses since last report.
4. On motion, adjourned.

1. On motion, our pastor, Robert Short and J. A. Corder were sent by this church to the Rush Creek Church to assist in the ordination of Rev. M. P. Lowe.

August 10, 1901
The church held its regular service this evening and after sermon by the pastor proceeded to business.
1. The minutes of last meeting were read and approved.
2. The pastor, a member of the committee on ordination, reported that brother M. P. Lowe was ordained at the time and place appointed for the same.
3. On motion, it was ordered that the church prepare to meet the Association.
4. The moderator appointed brother W. A. McCoy and sisters Sophia Morford and Jemima Corder delegates to the Association.
5. Sisters Annie Newlon and Minnie Showen received the hand of fellowship.
6. Treasurer reported $15.40 on pastor's salary and $1.05 on incidental expenses since last report.
On motion, adjourned.

September 7, 1901
The church held regular service this evening and after sermon by the pastor proceeded to business.
1. Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.
2. By common consent the Clerk was allowed to defer the reading of the letter to the Association until Sunday, September 8, 1901.
3. Sister Jemima Corder reported $4.35 on the different Missions and sister Sophia Morford $3.95 subscribed and paid on the different missions.
4. Treasurer reported $6.85 on pastor's salary and $3.26 on incidental expenses since last report.
5. On motion, adjourned.

3. By common consent, it was agreed to begin protracted meeting the third Sunday in October.
4. Treasurer reported $3.75 on pastor's salary and $15 on incidental expenses since last report.
